Use less antifoam! Bio-foam rising to the breaker is separated into gas and liquid components, reducing the need for antifoam agents and decreasing the potential for foam-outs and seal assembly contamination. The BME Systems Foam Breaker mounts on the agitation shaft approximately 3 cm from the bottom of the headplate. The diameter of the breaker is determined by the vessel size used. Recommended screw tightening is 0.6 Nm.
